A prepaid card looks just like a credit or debit card, with a card number, chip and signature strip. Unlike credit cards, which provide you with a line of credit and debit cards, which are linked to a bank account, a prepaid card only allows you to spend the amount you have loaded. You can Top-up at over 36,000 locations in the UK, including PayPoint and the Post Office. Alternatively, Top-up online, by bank transfer, by having your wages/benefits paid directly onto your Tuxedo Card or cash cheques and have the funds paid into your eccount*. You can use your Tuxedo Card to make purchases wherever MasterCard / Maestro is accepted.
